Hello, this is Dr. David. I am reviewing your question now and will be with you momentarily.

no, that light red non painful or itchy rash on your buttocks would not be from HPV

it sounds like a mild heat rash or just pressure on your skin from long term sitting.

It's always on the same spot it's feels bumpy but not noticible when I take a picture or look closely
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
It just is red, inflamed and it's embarrassing.
Expert:  Dr. David replied 11 days ago.

sounds benign and not from HPV

could be Keratosis pilaris or milia

you can't take a photo of it?

why is it embarrassing?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I'm just not sure what it could be. I don't think it's herpes or genital warts.

It doesn't itch not painful I don't know if clutter is the right word but it feels bumpy a little

it is definitely not herpes or genital warts.

looks like some mild skin dermatitis or mild skin irritation

could be from dry skin or mild eczema

moisturizing the area twice a day or using 1% hydrocortisone cream twice a day for 1-2 weeks could help the redness.

Should I go to my OBGYN
Expert:  Dr. David replied 11 days ago.

you can

you can also try to moisturize the area and try 1% hydrocortisone cream

but it is not HPV or herpes or STD.
