my heels are severly cracked and soles very dry and hard. my palms just went through this with peeling skin and itchiness also. i only have half of my thyroid, but take no medicine because my tests always come back in the normal range. could these be related

Customer: i have seen a nurse practionitioner and dr. they think its viral. it has been a month. i only take lysinipril and zoloft

Not right now. Cracked heel is cracked heel arches cracked too.

This is likely a severe form of eczema

I can't be 100% sure without a pic but this is generally what this is

The treatment is a topical steroid sealed in by petroleum jelly (vaseline)
