I have a red bump, slightly smaller than my pinky finger on

Customer Question

I have a red bump, slightly smaller than my pinky finger on my shoulder and the skin surrounding it is red. It is not painful or warm to the touch and has not caused much itching. It has been there for nearly a week, but the red skin surrounding it seems to be fading while the bump is not changing. Is this something I should be concered about?
