Yes those look like some some sort of insect bites.

I would recommend using over the counter hydrocortisone 1% twice daily along with benadryl 25mg three times a day as needed for the itching.

I would also recommend washing your bed sheets in hot water before using them again.

If you are not better in 7-10 days then I would see a doctor.
