Thanks for staying Online. I am posting my answer.

This can be related with- Thrush, It is a yeast infection caused by a fungus called Candida albicans.

It usually affects the head of the penis – causing irritation, discharge and redness.

Most likely it is a fungal infection. As such from description it doesn't sounds to be serious.

I agree with your local plant parent hood clinic doctor, that it is yeast infection.

You should avoid using perfumed soaps or shower gels on your genitals, as they can cause irritation.

You can make sure you dry your penis properly after washing. You should wear loose-fitting cotton underwear, It can help to prevent moisture building up under your foreskin, this can lower the chance of the candida fungus multiplication.

It can be easily treated with anti-fungal medications.
You should apply Lotrimin ultra twice a day for 1 week.
You should take tablet claritin 10 mg once a day to control itching.
Usually such symptoms, will get resolve completely with above measures.
It has a good prognosis, with above medications.

God bless you and take care.

Hope this helped
