Customer Question

For Dr Uzair:Thank you for the response about the allergic reaction. I have been in contact with a dog on Friday afternoon and this may have caused the response. I have been travelling lately, can this also be a caused by a viral infection?

Hi and thanks for the query.

Yes, contact with a dog can be a cause however viral infection is less likely as it causes rashes or pustules along with flu and low grade fever and it does not settle down so quickly.
