I think that you must be seen for this.
One very strong possibility in your case is that of a fungal infection of the scalp that is called as tinea capitis.
This will require a prescription of an antifungal medications.
You can try using OTC nizoral shampoo on your head three to four times a week to see if that helps.
If not, then you will likely require stronger prescription medications to help with your symptoms.
