the soap most likely was very concentrated and you probably haven't wash it all off on your hands.
you need to soak your hands in room temperature water for 5-15 minutes
and then you need to moisturize your hands with very thick moisturizer like vasaline or aquafore or lanolin
to help sooth your hands.
and then put your hands in soft cotton gloves to keep the moisturizer on for as long as possible.
you can wash the cotton gloves when your hands feel better.
if your hands continue to burn and hurt, you need to see a doctor
you could be having a bad allergic reaction to the detergent in the soap used to clean your trucks.
