I have like purple/red circles on my forearms, 1 on each

Customer Question

I have like purple/red circles on my forearms, 1 on each arm. Not raised then they go away after a few days.
JA: How long have you had the symptoms? What seems to make the symptoms worse or better?
Customer: No rhyme or reason, they just appear then go away after a few days
JA: Is there anything else the Doctor should be aware of?
Customer: I have non Hodgkin's lymphoma, I've been indolent for 5 years. Very good red and white blood cells. Platelet count low because of enlarged spleen. Count usually between 80 & 100
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Doctor about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, experienced Internal Medicine Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.

Low platelet count is the likely cause of such red circles --signs of bruising.

Not concerning, since your platelet count is still considered adequate to prevent any major bleeding.

Do you take aspirin, or any blood thinner or vitamins?
Best wishes,

I have requested a refund of $29.00. I agreed to a $5.00 charge and no more. I would appreciate this money being returned to my account. I have spoken to a representative and he promised that this money would be returned to me in 3 to 5 days. I will be looking for this money being returned to my account. Additionally this was a recorded call on my end and yours.

You do not need to worry about that since you spoke to the customer service.

However, i am not part of the company.

I am an independent expert and use this website just like you.

I get compensated for my time only when you complete the rating process.

It does not have any bearing with your conversation with customer service.
