I have tiny white dots under the skin on my lips, its the skin

i have tiny white dots under the skin on my lips, its the skin between the outside and inside of my lips, they feel weird and the skin around them is irriated and red ( possibly because i chewed my lip? ) they werent there last night, i just noticed them this moring and i dont know what to do. they arent painful just really annoying. should i be concerned?

the skin around the area is tender but as i said im not sure if thats because ive been messing with it because it felt weird.
