There are many red spots and patches on my legs.

Customer Question

Dear Sir: There are many red spots and patches on my legs. They appeared about 1 month ago, and every day there are more. They are not itchy. During this month some of them disappeared but more ones spots come out. 3 days ago I started eating only vegetables to see if it's getting better. It seems help but I am not sure. During the daytime they look ok, some of them even can't be seen, but at night , around 22:00-24:00 they turns much redder. I am 27 years old. havent been found allergic to anything yet. Could you tell me what's happening to me? Thanks.

Are they scaly? How tall are you? How much do you weigh? Any weight change? Any other symptoms? Are you aware of anything which might have triggered it? Any medical problems? Any surgeries? Any medications including over-the-counter pills and herbs? Any family medical history?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Not scaly. I am 1.62 cm , 52kg. I do gained 2-3 kgs these last 3 months, because I've been eating more. no other symptoms. When I eat lamb, it seems worst, but I am not sure. these last 3 months I've been eating more beef and lamb than before. I've not had any surgeries. I am not taking any medication. Only sometimes vitaminB pills. I dont eat herbs. I've been using many spices for cooking lately also. No family medical history.

They look like insects bits such as bedbug bites. You should thoroughly examine crevices in walls, mattresses and furniture. You may need to perform your inspection at night when bedbugs are active.Look for these signs:Dark specks. Typically found along mattress seams, these specks are bedbug excrement.Empty exoskeletons. Bedbugs molt five times before becoming adults. These empty skins are pale yellow.Rusty or reddish stains. You may find small smears of blood on your bed sheets where you accidentally crushed a bedbug.

They are not. I had insect control team come to my apartment twice, and there's no sign of bugs or any insects

Is the red rash palpable? Easy bleeding?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
no, it is not palpable, not easy bleeding.

It is difficult to say what they are. You should see a dermatologist to have a skin biopsy for the diagnosis.
