Customer Question

I have been itching like crazy for about four weeks. The itching is worse at night, and keeps me up. I have been to an urgent care twice the first time they said I had atopic dermatitis and perscribed me prednisone and hydroxine. I saw no changes. I went back and they told me to see a specialist. They said it didn't look like scabies. But all the symptoms lead me to believe it is. Its on my fingers and hands, underarms, buttox, and I itch all over. The rash doesn't look as bad as it feels. I want relief from this now but won't be able to see a dermatologist for a week. Does this sound like scabies to you ?

It's saying the file is too large. It's hard to see as well. The rash is almost invisible to the naked eye you have to look closely to see little raised bumps. It's driving me insane the itching

Thank you so much for your reply.

Yes , the symptoms of the itching worse at night and the sites at which you have got the itching do sound like scabies.

You can be treated for scabies with permite 5 % cream which can be applied from neck to toe tonight and repeat after 10 days.

Do let me know if you have any further queries.
