1) I moved to Wisconsin from Coastal Southern California

Customer Question

1) I moved to Wisconsin from Coastal Southern California 12/14. (from dryer hotter climate to extreme climate swings).
2) Glans historically had mild dryness that would go away without incident.
3) Late 6/14 here in WI glans dried out more than normal. I put cologne scented lotion on it and it didn't help. Then it got worse.
4) Went to a Dermatologist and he diagnosed xerotic eczema. Intense surface burning. Has changed/improved but not fixed.
I have more information and pics.
Thank you.

this is Dr. David

are you using body wash soap? this often can dry and cause dry penis glands skin.

you might need to change to a moisturizing Dove soap.

the air is much colder and drier in Wisconsin.

you might have to use some mild moisturizers on your penis skin to help fight dry skin.

moisturizers like lanolin or aquafore could help

I would not use cologne scented lotion.

let me know if you have questions.
