it sounds like you are pushing in a hemorrhoid which is at the anal opening.

hemorrhoids are veins which can swell up and poke out of the anus if they are swollen.

they can be treated and shrunk down with steroid creams and suppositories

you also want to avoid constipation and take laxatives to soften your stools. hard large constipated stools can further irritate hemorrhoids.
