This does not look worrisome. The appearance on the image is most like an area of friction or rubbing and if so, it will typically resolve spontaneously. This may happen during intercourse, but also can happen from rubbing against clothes or while asleep. To promote healing, it may help to use either a moisturizing cream or topical application of vitamin E oil.
