Hi and thanks for query,

common conditions causing lumps under the ear are lymphadenopathy that is swollen lymph nodes, infection of the bone just behind ear , skin disease and sebacious cysts. I would suggest you should visit your GP to get them examined and examination of the related structures that is ear and throat and tonsills so that proper diagnosis can be made and treated accordingly and any infection and lymph node could be ruled out.

Scabies is treated by permethrin 5% cream.

Apply a thin layer of the cream on your body from neck down till your feet including your soles. and all skin folds.

Leave it for 8 to 14 hours and then take a bath. Usually single treatment is enough, but two treatments can be given.

it can not be used by nursing mothers.

0.5% malathion cream is used for scabies resistant to permethrin and ivermectin.

apply the lotion on your body for 24 hours and then take bath.
