The pink areas are more pinkish purple. They appear on the penile shaft and some on the head.

Thank you for your question.

Do they cause any symptoms like pain and itching?

Are you sexually active?

Do you have a single partner or multiple?

Have you had any unprotected sex recently?

Additionally, if possible, can you please send me a closeup picture of the side of the penis just like you have sent a closeup picture of the head of the picture?

Please let me know.

Kind regards

Thank you for your reply.

From the pictures that you have sent me it looks like you are having a skin condition that is called as lichen planus.

The initial treatment for this condition is with topical steroids like betamethasone which is available in the form of a prescription by your doctor.

This is generally a self-limited condition that goes away slowly in a period of 8 to 12 months even without treatment.
