My 23 year old daughter has had a red ring around both lips.

Customer Question

My 23 year old daughter has had a red ring around both lips. She tried an OTC cortizone cream. Did nothing. Hasnt been using any of her lipsticks. ( she loves wearing lipstick). She has tried vaseline and doesn't lick her lips. She is in a serious relationship w/ a guy has extra ordinary hygene. He works out 6 days a week. I read that it may be possible that jock itch. She has no allergies. What I read on the Internet other possible things she could try but most patients still have the problem. Changing lipsticks, changing toothpastes, Vitamin B, Claritin, Benadryl, calamine lotion, ( otc cortizone cream which she has used for several weeks with no progress). A RAST blood test was mentioned as a diagnostic tool. Also, it was mentioned she could be allergic to sonething she is eating. Any suggestions and reccomendations of Doctors ( She lives in Delray Beach, FL).
