Customer Question

I have a chemical burn on both hands that I'm not sure where I got the burn. Spreading from my hands up my arms, to my neck line, on the back of neck, to my chest and on my thighs are little red bumps. The red bumps are not filled with pus or any type of fluid. And I haven't changed my laundry detergent with the exception of "Tide with Downey" to "Tide with Febreeze". What could these red bumps be from?
