Have you applied anything on this before?
This is definitely not herpes , wart or genital STD .
This looks more like a non sexual condition which is mostly due to friction.
Frictional dermatitis causing such changes are very common.
Would you like some treatment advise for this condition?
Thank you .
You can use Cortaid cream on the are twice a day for 10 days .
you can mix Canestan on the area twice a day on the area along with this for 10 days.
You should also use Restoraderm Body lotion on the area that can help in lubricating the area and improving the barrier function. If you are masturbating so many times in the day you should definitely use some lubrication.
Please do get back to me in case of any further queries.
