I have few rashes beneath my penis and one on my penis.they

I have few rashes beneath my penis and one on my penis.they don't grow,don't itch and are not pining me.they stayed for almost 2 moths.Took some antibiotics like ciprocin,but yet to disappear.
Please,what is the pokey cause and how can I get rid of these rashes

Dermadoc : You have tried medications for bacterial infection.

Dermadoc : However what you are experiencing could be fungal infection.

Dermadoc : I would request you to post a photo here if possible.
