You will need to take him to the dermatologist or the GP who would have to give him intralesional. Injection triamcinolone into the area once and repeat the injection every w4weeks . The hair will grow after a few weeks. In case the hair does not grow , the doctor will need to make sure that there is no scarring in the area.
