I have a strange pink spot on my lower back. It's been there for 3-4 days now. It only itches on occasion, and a little skin has peeled off like a blister.

Thank you for the photograph. Your patch looks most like Tinea Corporis. This is a fungal infection of the skin. Here is what I would recommend as treatment:1% Clotrimazole cream: Apply over the lesion twice a day for 14 days. Finish the 14 day treatment period even if the patch clears up before that.Tab Claritin: 10 mg once a day for 7 days. Both of the above are available over the counter without a prescription as well as online at www.amazon.comHope this information is useful, please feel free to ask if you have any queries. Please remember to only rate my answer when you are satisfied.
