I have a bilateral underarm rash . The rash has red bumps that start with a small white head and then open. It is painful and burns when the bump opens. What is it?

is it just under your arms or do you have it in the egroins too?
just under the arms
however I did have a raging rash under the breats about a week ago that looked completely different
Also, I am diabetic

OK Dr. what's your advice?
this should normally respond to lotrimin cream mixed in equal amounts with cortisone cream and applied twice a day for 3 weeks
if it does not however, I usually prescribe a course of oral antifungal tablets to clear it up
