I have a growth on the inside of my nose ride on the place where the hole in my nose is. At first it was really small and looked like a pimple, but now it looks like there are many small dots joined together. It is actually starting to look like a wart or something. What is it and how do i get rid of it?

Have you answered my question?
where do I see the answer?
Where do I find my answer. I do not see it
It says that you have answered the question, but I don't see the answer.
At first when I noticed the growth, it was just a small dot, kind of like a little round ball. However, as the days wore on I would notice that more and more little dots would form, all cluttered around each other. I tried scratching them out, but they would just always grow back. Now the lump is roughly the size of a wart. How do I get rid of it? What caused it?
Can you please respond.
I have paid the money, have not received and answer, and you are in chat but not responding. Are you receiving these messages? I don't know if my signal is bad.

That makes sense
Have you answered my question yet?
could you please post a picture here?
The bump is on the inner part of my nose so I can't really take a picture of it
from your description it seems to be folliculitis
and what may have caused it?
its a bacterial infection
how do I get rid of it?
you need to apply bactroban cream on it twice a day
for a week
that should resolve it.
can you be a little more specific?
as in where can I find it?
and what happens if it doesn't go away?
what else could the bump be if it turns out not to be what you said?
just in case
bactroban cream to be applied twice a day on the lesions inside your nose for a week.
they will go away with the cream
where can I find bactroban cream?
its difficult to say for sure without seeing what it is
its most likely folliculitis.
second possibility is a wart
bactroban cream will need a prescription.
the only cream available over the counter is neosporin
but that wont be very effective
hence i recommend bactroban cream
please let me know if you have any queries
