i ave red spots on my scalp ,there are quite a few of them,but no pus in them nd not itchy

The spots are red and not itchy or no pus in them,they are on the scalp ,quite a few of them,was one there about 2 months ago and now there is more
can you tell me how big is each spot? Also if they are not red or itchy, what made you notice them?
