Okay no problem. Your crack may be because of skin dryness or seborrheic dermatitis. Instead of plan neosporing I would recommend a 1:1:1 mixture of 1% Cortizone cream + 2% Miconazole cream + Neosporin cream. Mix them in your hand before applying. Do this twice a day for 5-7 days and the crack should heal. All of the above are available over the counter.
