Are the acne lesions red raised bumps or more like zits? Any pustules?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Some are zits and some are red raised bumps. They
all puss like zits most turn into whiteheads.

My management in your case would not differ from my standard acne management. I usually prescribe Tab Azithromycin 500 mg on Fri-Sat-Sun/week for 12 weeks along with a combination cream containing adapalene and clindamycin. However these are prescription drugs. If you cannot see a dermatologist right now here is what I would recommend:
1. Clearasil cream containing 2.5 or 5.0% of Benzoyl Peroxide over the acne lesions
2. Salicylic acid face wash twice a day.
3. Cap Lumitene 30 mg twice a day for 2-4 weeks.
4. Avoid excessive sun exposure, do not pick or burst lesions, avoid hair or body oil use, avoid touching face unneccesarily.
All three of these will be available without a prescription.
