i just had my 3 mth perio maintenance exam and the hygenist

i just had my 3 mth perio maintenance exam and the hygenist was brand new. It was the most painful cleaning I have ever had in my entire life besides the SRP I had done several years ago. I have maintained 4mm pockets since being diagnosed seven yrs ago but after this cleaning my measurements were up to 5s and 6s. She probed so deep I thought I would faint. I complained to the dentist but nothing ever came of it. My question is could the extremely rough cleaning she gave me cause the pocket numbers to temporarily increase? I go to the dentist every three months and have excellent home care. I am not a complainer but this woman hurt me. It took a week to get over this cleaning. Thank you.

i have pain in several teeth in top and lower gum on right hand side,if i lay down pain goes completely but comes back gradualy when i lift my head up or stand up. at first moving my head to a certain position stopped pain but not now.
