Are they near your cheeks or under them perhaps? And they move and feel about the size of a marble?

It appears you are gone, presently. And that's OK.

But I'm going to need to be leaving here shortly. My thoughts that come to me firstly about your possible symmetrical lumps? Lymph nodes! They are a good thing, are commonly found throughout our bodies, and swell up when they are involved in infection control or absorbing infection, and then again largely shrink out of view.

You may want to "google" lymph nodes, and see if that may possibly be what you are experiencing. And if so, they will shrink back to being unseen generally in a few days or week.

Feel free to get back with me and if you can provide additional information, perhaps send a picture, etc., we can then go from here, if needed - OK? But, I hope this helps you Ma'am!

Hello, how are the two bumps doing today?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I think maybe one is gone. I researched and became concerned about something like "pitoris." (sp?) I don't know. But I think perhaps they do come and go. Thanks. I think we can let this rest for now. Thanks again, Doc. dp
