Are these bumps covered by pink normal looking gum tissue or are they red and inflammed?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Normal pink gums no pain or issues.

What you are describing are mandibular tori. These are normal ,benign boney growths that will appear on any of the hard tissues of the mouth. They are harmless and require no treatment.Sometimes they interfere with denture construction and need to be removed but other than that, they can be left alone. These boney areas of no concern and you do not need to worry about them.

they do seem to have gotten bigger tho, but I guess that's a product of getting older....
Expert:  Dr. Katz replied 11 months ago.

They have been known to increase in size but they grow very very slowly if at all.It may just be that you are noticing them and inspecting them more carefully. They have been there for any many years.
