Customer Question

I have two swollen bumps at the back of the roof of my mouth. They are kind of off on either side and they are sore. I tried to look this up but had some difficulty finding anything that sounded similar. What could these be?

Hello,
Thanks for putting up your question on Just Answer.
For me to give you a better answer is it possible for you to upload a photo of that area here? You can either attach the photo directly with your reply or use an external photo sharing site like www.imgur.com and paste the URL of the photo in your reply.

If I had to say where they were it would be adjacent to the last or second to the last row of teeth

Hi! I looked at your photo. To the best of your knowledge, is it on your palate in the shadow part of your photo? They are hard to see but it resembles a viral type of lesion.
Let me know if we are looking at the same thing and then I can discuss further.
