The most likely explanation is that they are of traumatic origin. That means that you probablt, accidentally bit your cheek and traumatized the area. This can happen , either as an accident, or also if you have a new prosthesis and you are getting used to it.
It may also happen if you clench your teeth at night...
At this point, just let them heal on their own. If you notice that they recur, have the dentist take a look at the area , to make sure that there is no filling or a small fracture of the tooth that is scraping the area
