i am having pain in my chin beneath the gum line and where it appears the chin bone begins. could this be an infection? It does not hurt when I bite into anything (on the tooth) it hurts when I place minor press on the lowest point of my gum line of the left central incisor. what are the most minor and severe issues that may be present?
