As a dentist, I will decline to offer an appropriate regimen for sinus infection, as this is not within the scope of my expertise.

The average adult dose for dental infection for the average healthy adult without penicillin allergy, kidney disease, or comcommitant medications that might interact, would be 500 milligrams by mouth every 6 hours, for a minimum of 5 days.
