No, dentures do not contain latex. There are two basic types of denture material. The most common is an acrylic type of material and the other is a vinyl material. Neither contain any latex. In addition, the denture adhesives come in many types, brands and consistencies (powder, paste and liners). None that I am aware of contain any latex as well. However, seeing how there are new denture adhesives being placed on the market on a regular basis, you should check the list of ingredients on any of these products to make sure, but there would be no real reason to put latex into this type of mateiral.
I hope you find this information helpful. If you have any concerns regarding this issue that I have not addressed, please let me know and I will get back to you with more information.
