Hi! I will be the professional that will be helping you today. I look forward to providing you with information to help with your question and concern
You mean if the police was to speak with you and if they want to arrest you?
Thank you. Yes, they will likely find you. I say this because they will run your name in their system and see if they can location your drivers license and address and anything else registered in your name. They may also perform a skip trace, which process servers use, to locate your residence and employer. The fact that you relocated, may only delay them finding you but if you are a person of interest, they will find you.
He may have decided to not do anything. He may have decided to just let it go, which is good for you. If they wanted to charge you and he did go to the police, they would find you.
Then they will contact you and speak with you and then charge you.
Phone or by mail. This is the police. They will be able to find your phone number or address.
They may not be able to. If that is the case and they did want to charge you, they would issue a warrant for your arrest
