Yes, I do understand. There would need to be a reason and legal basis to vacate the judgment which was entered. You could ask that the Judge open the case but there would need to be a reason for this and you would need to explain why this is needed and if you were represented by counsel, how/why you want done. In a situation like this, the attorney should have gone to trial and tried to fight this, if you did not want it on your record, after the court would not agree to amend or withhold on this and a plea was taken with a conviction. . This will have an effect on your insurance and if there is a reason for this, it can be presented to the Judge
