i just found out that i have a bench warrent out that happened a year ago and was wondering if i could pay the full amount off, would it go away or would i have to email the clerk of courts and see what i have to do to get it taken care of

Good morning. Do you know what the warrant was issued for? When you ask about paying this off, do you mean the amount on the warrant for bail or the fine itself which was never paid which you needed to appear on?
