Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist.

Expert:  Roger replied 3 months ago.

Oregon's DUI Diversion contract includes a promise to not drink alcohol at all during the entire term of the agreement. Thus, if you were to blow into the machine and alcohol is detected, the court and schedule you for a "show cause" hearing for you to demonstrate why you should not be convicted of DUI, put in jail, and given a one-year license suspension.

Hi Roger,I am not on diversion or probation, I just have an interlock device from a conviction 10 years ago.
Expert:  Roger replied 3 months ago.

Ok.......is the device still reporting to a court?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It gets calibrated every 60 days and the report is sent to Oregon's DMV

Are you still required to submit to this testing as part of your probation?
