Customer Question

My son is charged with Evading Detention with a vehicle, first time. Also a DWI, first time, as well as Driving while license invalid and no financial responsibility with previous convictions.
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Oh sorry it's the state of Texas
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: He has a public defender and is currently in jail.
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: Not really that I can think of I haven't spoken with the lawyer yet. I'm trying to do a little research before I do so.
