In Tennessee can you get a record expunged if found guilty of theft under $500.00 two years ago?

Hello, Under its new law, your misdemeanor charge would be eligible for dismissal provided that other criteria is met. You must have finished your sentence. YOu must have paid all fines and fees. YOu cannot have any other criminal convictions and you must wait 5 years from the completion of your sentence before you can petition the court. You can see the requirement here on your state's website. click on the links your state provides for the included and excluded crimes and a checklist.
