louisiana state - so if good time credit for 3 days to every 17, "including in either case time spent in custody with good behavior prior to sentence for which the prisoner is given credit" has been incarerated since 09/12, convicted 07/15, given 13 years, to do 22 mos. in house +parole should he be out ? today is 4/9/16?

If he received 13 years with 22 months to do and he was incarcerated ON THIS CHARGE he was convicted on since 2012, then he should have completed his 22 months already, unless the court sentenced him without credit for time served, in which case he should be released with good time by early May.
