Does US customs scan your passport parole or probation

Hello,

If there's no parole or probation warrant, the only way that Customs would be concerned about you is if the prosecutor, parole or probation or Interpol flagged your passport or put you on a no-fly list. How likely it would be that your passport would be flagged would be left to the discretion of the prosecutor, probation or parole. There is no requirement that they flag you, and if there's no reason in your criminal history or in the facts and circumstances of your case for them to perceive you as a flight risk, they may not bother.

Customs doesn't see your criminal record. They either see an alert placed by an agency, or they see nothing.
