No, just because he is a convicted felon, if he owns his own home and it is paid for, then they cannot take that home away from him. Whether or not he has FAS is not what is considered in taking the home from him, it is his home and he has a right under law. Now they could seek to place a lien against the home, which would be paid when sold, but they cannot take his home from him if it is paid for.
