If I'm on felony probation and I get pulled over and go to jail for an old failure to pay that pre-existed my probation, will it violate my probation?

But, just because revocation is possible doesn't mean that your probation officer will in fact push the judge to revoke you......it really depends on how much trouble the PO wants to make for you.
