What State is this in?

He was in pa but deported to Dominican republic

Thank you. I am sorry to say but the State of PA would not allow this to be expunged. Expungement is only in limited situations and seeing how the party was convicted for an aggravated felony, the State would not allow this to be expunged from their record. Moreover, if the goal is to get the person to return to the States, even if expunged, the government could still see this and refuse to allow them entry.
