Are the ten year conditions of release for sex offenders in the state of Minnesota been proved unconstitutional, and if so when does it go away.

While subdivision 6 of the aw which specifies the ten year conditional release terms has been challenged, it is still valid law. Until or unless a court finds it unconstitutional, it is the law in Minnesota, and it does not go away.
