Good afternoon. The police have a right to secure the occupants, to prevent any possible destruction of evidence. They can take you outside of the home and there is nothing which requires that the occupant watch over the police while they conduct the search. They are not necessarily supposed to remove you and it is at the discretion of the officers executing the search warrant, as to where to place the person.
