I received an ACD 2 years ago larceny and my record

Customer Question

I received an ACD 2 years ago for petty larceny and my record has been sealed. The DCJS in Albany has no record of this. I am applying for my RN license. Do I answer no on application since I was never convicted or charged with a crime?
